Starting February 1st, 2021, the First Module of Decibel, our Digital Partner, has been launched. This is one of the most important HR strategic initiative which will change the way we experience HR service delivery in employee data management, payroll & tax compliance, attendance and absence management, etc.

We are confident that this easy to use Human Resource Management System (HRMS) will enhance employee experience, allow for greater transparency, ease of use, and satisfaction with HR service delivery.

To celebrate this launch, a cake cutting ceremony was simultaneously held at Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad while observing all COVID-19 SOPs followed by a virtual Group Town Hall to convey the message across the organization.
