Jaffer Alpha is a one-year development program being offered by Jaffer Brothers (Private) Limited to our young graduates aimed at creating future leaders and alphas of their fields through an extensive behavioral, technical and professional learning path specially designed to challenge and stretch the potential of the graduates and get the most out of these young minds.
