Family Day 2009 |

Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad
Family Day, the biggest annual event of Jaffer Group was held again this year at Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to bring the families of the Group together and give them a day to enjoy, relax and entertain themselves and their families. This year again elaborate and fun filled Family Days were held during February and April at venues that are the most suitable for family entertainment.
The turn out at all three family days was very good and a number of activities were planned by the organizing committees to provide quality entertainment to Jaffer Members and their families. Transport arrangements were especially made by the company to transport employees and their families to the venue from far off locations. Families were greeted at the reception by Human Resource team and volunteers from other departments and functions.
The program of the Family Days included refreshments, rides and a whole lot of other activities followed by elaborate lunch/dinner at different locations.
Long service awards and gold coins were distributed to staff members who have completed 10 or more years of service with the company, Merit awards with prize bonds were distributed to the children for their educational achievements and special motivational awards were conferred upon employees in Karachi for different categories.
