representatives of Corporate Affairs are responsible
for new venture appraisals and soliciting feedback
from the entire spectrum of clientele. One of
the major responsibilities and key endeavors here
is the maintenance and enhancement of the corporate
image through various proceedings. Statutory compliance
and uniform application of all Group policies
is ensured in all regular operations and routine
courses of action.
CA is responsible for carrying
out the Board's directions. Corporate Affairs
also initiates the registration procedures of
the Group Companies with several procurement agencies
of government, semi-government, autonomous corporations
and major companies. It also provides legal support
to all the business divisions and assists in the
handling of recovery cases. |
