NASSER N. S. JAFFER – CEO & GROUP CHAIRMAN
Nasser is presently the CEO of Jaffer
group of companies and Chairman of BOD. As an experienced team leader with knowledge
of management processes, he provides leadership towards the achievement of the organization's annual and long-term goals.
He also assures the relevant stakeholders always see the organization’s mission, programs,
products and services as strong elements of the organization. Being responsible
for managing the overall business, volume growth and profitability
of the organization,
Nasser Jaffer keeps the stakeholders informed and satisfied with the
business results. Under his leadership and sterling guidance, the Group has progressed
successfully while keeping focused on the company’s shared values.
FARID H. JAFFER - DIRECTOR PROJECTS & MACHINERY AND CEO MURSHID BUILDERS
Having done his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Swarthmore
College, Pennsylvania, USA, Farid is currently working as the Director Projects & Machinery (P&M) Division at
Jaffer Brothers where he is responsible for leading the P&M team. He is actively
in charge of the marketing of the total product line that P&M represents from
all of its world-renowned Principals, which include construction equipment giants
Komatsu Limited, Japan, etc. to the customers in both the private and public sectors.
As the director of the company, he is activity involved in the overall Jaffer Group
affairs. He is also the CEO of Murshid Builders (Pvt.) Limited, a construction company
within the Jaffer Group, which is actively involved in projects in the private sector
as well as under the Official Development Assistance (ODA) program from various
overseas donors.
Farid also oversees the activities of the Jaffer Brothers’ Japan Branch which was
established in 2008 to pursue various opportunities with Japan’s Official Development
Assistance Program.
ABDUL RAZZAK JAFFER – DIRECTOR ADMINISTRATION & CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Abdul Razzak Jaffer has been professionally working for over 45 years and
has immense knowledge and experience.
He is presently Director Administration and Advisor to Projects & Machinery
Division at Jaffer Group of Companies and a member of the Board of Directors. As
an experienced member of the Board with extensive
knowledge of management, he has been a major contributor towards the achievement
of the organization's annual and long-term goals. He’s also been responsible for the smooth operation and success of Jaffer Group’s welfare projects.
He also serves on the Boards of the following organizations:
- Director Darut Tasnif (Private) Limited.
- Director Murshid Hospital & Healthcare Centre
- Deputy Managing Director Aircraft Sales & Services (Pvt.) Limited
- Deputy Managing Director Granulars (Private) Limited
- Director Crescent Star Insurance Company Limited
Razzak Jaffer is a versatile and well-travelled individual and an asset to the business
community.
MAJID LATIF – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)
Majid Latif is the first Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jaffer Brothers (Pvt.)
Limited. Majid has a long association with JBL and brings a varied and in-depth
experience of a multitude of business areas to this position. He has worked at leadership
positions in primary business activities such as Sales and Marketing, Production, Logistics as well as in the corporate support activities
including Human Resources,
Finance, Information and Communication Technology, Audit, Corporate and Legal Affairs,
Strategy, Planning, and PMO. During his career, he has worked at different management
levels in Pakistan and abroad, with Pakistani organizations as well as with multinationals.
His current focus is operations and general management
but he has
also designed and successfully conducted management training programs. After his degree in engineering
he received extensive training from France (INSEAD), Germany, Holland, Malta, Saudi Arabia,
Pakistan, Singapore, UK and USA. He is a member of the Management Association of Pakistan, Life Member of Marketing Association of Pakistan and a Life Member
of the Computer Society of
Pakistan.
PIERRE LOUIS DUPONT – DIRECTOR JAFFER AGRO SERVICES
Pierre Louis, an MBA from European Business School, is presently the Director Jaffer Agro Services (JAS) Division, supervising
agriculture related Business Units (BU) as well as Household Hygiene & Decoratives (BU).
Pierre has 27 years of diversified experience in the field of Agriculture. Prior
to joining Jaffer Group, he has served in world-renowned companies in Europe and Asia dealing in agriculture
products and services. Having rich experience and in-depth knowledge
of the agriculture industry in the sub-continent region, he has worked in various
general management positions in both Pakistan and India for almost 15 years.
