Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
JBL takes responsibility for the impact of its activities on all its
stakeholders as well as on the environment. It considers the society and communities it operates
in as its important stakeholders. JBL is fully conscious of its
social responsibilities. CSR is a full-fledged corporate function looked after directly
by a member of the BOD. JBL
"The greatest of all arts is the art of losing ourselves in the service of others".
This is undoubtedly the objective of JBL, which actively takes part with immense
interest in funding educational and healthcare projects and organizations. Prominent
among these are such non-profit organizations like The Citizens Foundation schools
and the Kidney Centre, which are the beneficiaries of JBL's assistance, both financially
and otherwise. Volunteers on behalf of JBL conduct fundraising activities that
endorse and support selected charities with accompanying benefits.
JBL extends maximum possible support to Yaqeen Model School and Murshid Hospital, both
projects of Darul Tasnif (Pvt.) Limited - a waqf dedicated to serve humanity.
Conscious of the role of art and architecture in our country, JBL has been
a patron of Indus Valley School of Arts and Architecture. The Group is aware of the
importance of preserving its heritage and thus provides support to the Institute to achieve its aims and objectives through healthy contributions, both in terms of
cash and kind.
JBL strives to spread happiness amongst the less fortunate, hoping to ensure its
future stability and provide people encouragement to continue moving forward. It
is JBL’s belief that this is insurance in perpetuity and is also a form of assurance
that protects its future. JBL has a commitment to the community, fulfilled by its
various contributions, which are an ongoing activity to promote an environment of
peace and prosperity.

Administration
JBL's administration personnel ensure that the Group's employees have a
safe, comfortable and efficient work environment in its offices to enable them to
serve customers better. The Administration provides all the necessary facilities
to make the employees' business travel safe and comfortable.
