MAJID LATIF – Director
Majid Latif has vast experience of a full spectrum of business activities, including Customer Services, Sales and Marketing, Production, Materials Management, Human Resources and General Management. Presently, along with a business unit (JBS), he heads Corporate HR, Finance, Audit, Corporate and Legal Matters and the IT Steering Committee. He has worked for private and public limited companies, Pakistani as well as multinational, in Pakistan and abroad. His forte is operations but he has also designed and conducted training programs. He is an engineer with extensive technical and management training from France, Germany, Holland, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Singapore, the UK and the USA. He is a member of the Management Association of Pakistan, life member Computer Society of Pakistan and life member Marketing Association of Pakistan.

ZIAUL HAQUE – Director Operations
Zia has been associated with Jaffer Brothers for the past 22 years and has served in different management roles. He joined JBL as a Sales Manager and went on to serve as Marketing Manager and later on as Country Manager – Digital. He is currently working as General Manager and is responsible for Strategic Planning, Sales, Customer Services, Marketing Communication, Supply Chain, Logistics and Human Resources functions of the Division. Under his leadership, JBL has undertaken and successfully executed some large projects such as, SUPARCO (Enterprise Systems), WAPDA (billing system), DGR (pilot ID card project), and a key project of national significance - NADRA Data Entry and Electoral Roll printing, KPT Data Entry and Computerized Access Control System, Ufone (Enterprise Systems), to name a few. Prior to joining JBL, Zia had extensive work experience in the U.S I.T industry. He has done his BS in Electronics Engineering and MBA in Marketing from Houston, Texas. He has also attended several Sales & Technical training programs and has various certifications to his name.

TANVEER A. SHAIKH – Deputy General Manager
Tanveer holds an MBA degree in General Management and a Masters degree in Physics (Advance Electronics) from Punjab University. Presently, he is serving as the Deputy General Manager and represents the North and Central District in the Management Committee. He is responsible for business growth and chalking out strategies to ensure a continued stream of revenue. In addition to his role as the Deputy General Manager, he also handles the branch management of the two districts looking after administration, customer care, sales and overall general management related to the branches. Tanveer has attended many local and foreign training programs for Sales, Technical and General Management.

WAJID ALI KHAN – Country Manager - Customer Services
Working as a Marketing Manager at Jaffer Brothers, Wajid is a result-driven executive with extensive experience of leading people and projects as well as implementing and overseeing multi-faceted business models. He has been responsible for providing customer services, technical support and managing technical staff. Prior to this position, he was working as a technical executive in Gulf-east ship management-Hong Kong. He has done engineering from N.E.D University, Karachi and has attended a number of technical trainings/courses in different countries, including USA and Canada. Wajid has vast experience of handling local and internationals projects.

FAHEEM A. JAFFER – Country Manager - Jaffer Consulting
Faheem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago. As the Country Manager, Jaffer Consulting (JC), Faheem is responsible for the general management of JC’s marketing, sales, consulting and implementation departments, plus Oracle products’ support, particularly of ERP applications. He further supervises the applications staff by ensuring sales targets are met and business profitability and application solutions are marketed accordingly.
